2012 Presidential Election Event at USC tomorrow with the TDS

Road to the White House 2012: Framing the Debate with Tom Hollihan and the Trojan Debate Squad

USC Annenberg’s Center on Communication Leadership & Policy (CCLP) presents a conversation on the 2012 presidential election featuring CCLP faculty fellow Tom Hollihan, author of Uncivil Wars: Political Campaigns in a Media Age. Joining Professor Hollihan will be journalism professor and Annenberg Digital News director Marc Cooper, communication professor Gordon Stables and members of the Trojan Debate Squad to discuss the role the media is playing in shaping the debate and influencing the public's perception of issues in the 2012 presidential election. Road to the White House 2012: Politics, Media & Technology is a weekly series presented in partnership with USC Dornsife College’sUnruh Institute of Governance and USC School of Policy, Planning & Development’s Bedrosian Center on Governance and Public Enterprise.Lunch will be served.
